Returns & Exchanges
Our returns and exchanges policy is designed to be clear, fair, and fully compliant with UK consumer law. Every garment is crafted with intention and care; we ask that returns are made with the same respect.
Faulty or Not-as-Described Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of delivery under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. In these cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label so you can return the item at no cost.
Please contact us immediately at info@earlgodot.com with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
Online Orders — 14-Day Cancellation Window
For online purchases, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day after delivery. You may return your item for any reason, provided it is:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- With all original labels attached
- In its original packaging
We will refund the full value of the item and the basic delivery cost. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Once your return request is accepted, you have an additional 14 days to post the item back to us.
Exchanges
We offer 30-day exchanges for eligible items. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
To begin an exchange, please email info@earlgodot.com before sending anything back.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or altered garments
- Items showing signs of wear or damage
- Hygiene-sensitive items once opened
- Gift cards
Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued within 10 days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the transaction.

Please ensure items are securely packaged. We recommend using a tracked postal service.
How to Start a Return
- Email info@earlgodot.com with your order number.
- Wait for confirmation and instructions.
- Once approved, you have 14 days to post the item back to us.
- You will be notified once your return has been inspected.
Items returned without prior notification cannot be accepted.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
