Shipping and Delivery

We want to make sure your order reaches you as smoothly as possible. Here’s what you can expect:

Processing Time

Every order takes up to 3 business days to prepare and pack before dispatch. During busy periods (like holidays or sales), it might take a little longer — but we’ll always do our best to send your order quickly.

Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, the estimated delivery timelines are:

• United Kingdom (UK): 3–5 business days

• European Union (EU) & Wider Europe: 7–16 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on the courier or unforeseen delays.

Shipping Fees

• Free shipping across the UK on all orders over £50 
• For orders under £50, standard shipping rates will apply and will be shown at checkout.
• For EU and international orders, shipping is calculated automatically at checkout.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

• You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase has been placed.
• A tracking number will be provided once available from the courier. (We’re still working on making tracking updates even smoother!)

Customer Responsibility

Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. Unfortunately, we can’t take responsibility for delays or issues caused by incorrect details.

Delivery Conditions

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). While we aim to meet delivery estimates, we cannot guarantee specific dates as timing depends on the courier.
