We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition in which it arrived — unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To begin a return, please email info@earlgodot.com before sending anything back. Items returned without prior notification will not be accepted.

If your purchase was made using a discount code or promotional voucher, your refund will reflect the amount actually paid, not the full listed price.
We cannot accept returns on gift cards. Sale or promotional items may not be eligible for a refund if you simply change your mind, please contact us before purchasing if you are unsure.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and card providers may require additional time to process the refund.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it arrived faulty or was sent in error. If a replacement is required, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will review the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The quickest way to secure the item you want is to return the original piece. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
European Union — 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
